OUR DISTRICT HAS SOMETHING TO SAY
Class Residence is right in the heart of CIT TURIN, literally "Little Turin", the only one of the neighborhoods of our City which still has it's oldest name written and pronounced in our dialect.
Cit Turin has always been considered an highly presitgious residential neighborhood.
The district features many buildings in the Art Nouveau Style, Art Deco and Neo-Gothic style. Among them, one of the most impressive and well-known is the Casa Della Vittoria (architect Gottardo Gussoni). Another notable example is Casa Fenoglio. Both buildings face Corso Francia within two minutes walk from the Class Residence.
